In 2021 our app “PortCall Mobile” generated 227.097 notifications, just for port calls in the Port of Antwerp. It shows that digital port call information is valuable and even crucial when it comes to optimizing port call operations for all stakeholders involved.
As our users can choose the way they receive their notifications, we also have insights into their preferences. And it’s clear that e-mail is still the preferred channel, and telephone calls are becoming redundant.
