Why outsource your ENS/ICS declaration?

Every cargo that enters the European space requires an Entry Summary declaration (ENS).
In Belgium this is applicable when Antwerp or Zeebrugge or Ghent is the first European port of call.

The timing that needs to be respected:
– For shortsea, the latest 2 hours before arrival in de first port of call in the EU.
– For containers (deepsea), the latest 24 hours before loading in the port of departure.
– For bulk/general cargo, the latest 4 hours before arrival in the first port of call in the EU.
